HOME HEALTH AIDS SERVICES

Service Description

Our Home health aids services care plan includes:

Personal care-such as bathing, grooming, dressing
Checking vital signs
Range of motion exercise
Meal preparation and feeding
Patient turning and transferring

PRIVATE DUTY NURSING

Service Description

For our private and pediatric population our care includes

Patient assessments
Case management
Wound care & dressing changes
Disease management Education
Infusion therapy IV/IG
Rx injection training & patient education
Catheter, G-tube feeding, colostomy
Tracheotomy care
Post-surgical wound care
